Cotmac recognizes that the performance of systems invariably depends on the platform’s software that needs to be updated regularly. Our trained programmers use the latest software versions so that our customers can maximize the power of computing in the long run.
Our programmers are well-equipped and trained on the latest versions of softwares (including frequent updates). We incorporate numerous diagnostics, messages and faults in a properly designed and programmed system.
Cotmac has developed libraries for various PLC/HMI platforms and domains based on process needs. Cotmac follows the S88 programming standard based on which various control and equipment modules are developed.
We have developed simulation software to test programs in our factory for site conditions. We have internal wizards to automate a lot of manual PLC and HMI work, so that errors are minimized.
Our global service delivery model enables our customers to choose for either local support or remote assistance for any trouble shooting or modification.
We have programmed various Scripting languages for SCADA/HMI like VB, VBA, C, .Net, Python, SQL. Cotmac has worked on Rockwell, Siemens, ABB, Schneider, Honeywell & Omron PLC systems, and their respective HMIs.
Cotmac has programmed Plant Pax and PCS7 systems which are used in the process industry. We are aware of automotive industry standards like FAST. We have programmed various Batch systems in the pharma domain as well.
Cotmac takes pride in HMI/SCADA work that we make ‘operation intuitive’ for users. We have developed grey shade SCADA screens. We can deploy programming languages like python, Csharp to simplify programming at the SCADA level. We have provided custom solutions for SCADA using script and database. We have also provided solutions where third-party software like MS Excel can interface with SCADA. We have also worked on safety PLC & HMI systems.
